wlndb Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the wlndb platform. All guidelines regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are clearly described here.

Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the wlndb platform and all services available on it. By accessing wlndb through its website, mobile interface, or any other medium, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. wlndb reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of the wlndb platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account at wlndb:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must register from a country or region where online gaming is legal or permitted.
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
You must create the account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.

Identity Verification

wlndb may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or verification of payment methods. Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and withdrawals may be delayed.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you have promptly notified wlndb of any unauthorized access.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

wlndb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms, but the general rules below apply in all cases.

Welcome Bonus

The wlndb welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Rules for Using Bonuses

Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
If wagering is not completed within the specified time from the date the bonus was issued, the bonus may be forfeited.
Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
wlndb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program

The wlndb VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at wlndb is ৳300 across all methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposited funds are credited to your account as quickly as possible. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team immediately.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. wlndb generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required during the identity verification process or in cases involving unusual transactions.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Your account must be fully verified at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.

wlndb uses SSL encryption to keep all financial transactions secure. Your payment information is completely safe.

Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting options available on wlndb are governed by the following general rules.

General Gaming Policy

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, wlndb reserves the right to void the affected round.
wlndb is not liable for incorrect amounts displayed due to software errors or server issues.
The use of fraudulent strategies, bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Sports Betting

wlndb's sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following betting rules must be followed:

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless specifically directed by wlndb.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wlndb platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited:

Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
Using another person's identity or payment method.
Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or error in the system.
Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack.
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

wlndb complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, wlndb reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and may temporarily suspend activity on the associated account.

Responsible Gaming Policy

wlndb believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We genuinely care about the well-being and peace of mind of our users.

If any user feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can contact our support team to set deposit limits or take a voluntary break.
wlndb follows strict identity verification procedures to prevent minors from registering.
Gaming should never be considered a solution to financial problems.

Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, power outages, or government directives.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wlndb's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user during the affected period.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by wlndb

wlndb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Providing false or misleading information.
Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Failure to complete identity verification.
Violation of the Anti-Money Laundering policy.

Closure by the User

Any user may request account closure at any time. To do so, write to [email protected] or contact us via 24/7 live chat. If there is a remaining balance before account closure, it can be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

wlndb takes all user complaints seriously and works to resolve them promptly.

Complaints Process

Please include the complaint reference, date, amount, and any relevant information.

wlndb reviews each complaint as quickly as possible and takes steps toward resolution. In cases of complex disputes, a decision is made after considering the views of both parties.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Changes to the Terms

wlndb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other published policies of wlndb, collectively form the entire agreement between the user and wlndb, and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
